Wang Haibin previously worked in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Chinese People's Liberation Army 113th and 150th Hospitals. He is currently an expert at Hefei Mixue'er Plastic and Cosmetic Hospital and has been engaged in clinical work in plastic and aesthetic surgery for more than 20 years. He was among China's early cohort of professional plastic and aesthetic surgery specialists and has been sent to Europe and the United States for study and advanced training at public expense on multiple occasions, mastering advanced international plastic and aesthetic techniques. He subsequently worked in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College and the Department of Plastic Surgery at the 150th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army in Luoyang. In 2003, he pursued advanced studies in plastic and aesthetic surgery at the University of Illinois (Chicago), USA. He has also pursued further training at Beijing Huangsi Plastic Surgery Hospital and Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, and has traveled to South Korea, Japan, and other countries for academic exchanges on multiple occasions.
